Shipping Policy

GearPort ships to addresses within the United States only. Every order ships from a US warehouse, so there are no customs fees or import delays.

Processing and delivery time

We prepare orders in 1 to 2 business days. Transit is typically a further 4 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US public holidays. These windows are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays or peak periods can extend them. Each product page shows the expected delivery dates for an order placed today.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on every order right now, for a limited time. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Outside promotions, shipping is a flat $5.99 on orders under $99 and free on orders of $99 or more.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Orders with more than one item

Items may arrive in separate parcels on different days at no extra cost to you. Each parcel is tracked separately.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If your order has not shipped yet, email support@gearport.us with your order number and the correct address and we will try to update it. If a parcel is returned to us or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, any reshipment is at your cost and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@gearport.us with your order number and, for damage, a few clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
