Who we are
GearPort is operated by Cressoft Technology Inc., a technology company based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We build and run the store ourselves, and we serve customers across the United States. When you order from GearPort, Cressoft Technology Inc. is the business behind the sale, and the team you reach when you contact support.
What we sell
We focus on the categories our customers actually search for: wireless earbuds and Bluetooth speakers, power banks and MagSafe chargers, WiFi security cameras, smartwatches and wearables, drones and action cameras, and a rotating shelf of fun, giftable gadgets. Every product page lists honest specs and clear photos, plus a place to leave your own review once your order arrives.
Shipping from US warehouses
Orders ship from warehouses inside the United States, so most arrive in about 5 to 7 business days with no customs delays. Shipping is free on orders over $99. If anything is unclear about a delivery estimate, the product page shows a date range at checkout.
Returns and support
We back purchases with a 30-day return and refund policy, and if something arrives damaged or defective we make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Questions before or after you buy are welcome any day of the week.
