Information you give us: your email address when you sign up for new-arrival, restock, and deal emails; your name, email address, and message when you use our contact form; and, when you order, your name, shipping address, and contact details.
Payment information: card payments are processed by Shopify, our checkout and payments provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Automatic information: basic device, browser, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the site.

How we use your information

To send the new-arrival, restock, and deal emails you signed up for, including any welcome discount code.
To process, fulfill, and ship orders from our US warehouses.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To protect the site against fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting privacy at gearport.us. We honor opt-out requests promptly. Transactional messages about your orders are not marketing and may still be sent.
