Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your gadgets. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work at GearPort.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@gearport.us with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and a return address at a US warehouse.
  3. Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked method, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we cover return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is yours, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety, certain items such as opened earbuds or personal-care electronics may not be returnable unless defective. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
